About the Summit

Where institutional leadership meets the enterprise agenda.

The CEIL Summit 2026 is Kenya's premier gathering of leaders driving the transformation of universities, TVETs, research institutions, industry and government into engines of innovation, entrepreneurship and economic growth. Convened by the Kenya National Innovation Agency (KeNIA) and the Network of Entrepreneurial Institutions Leaders (NEIL), it is the premier annual national convening of institutions implementing the EIMF.

Under the theme "Entrepreneurial Institutions: Mainstreaming the Imperative," CEIL 2026 brings together policymakers, institutional leaders, innovators, investors, development partners and students to review progress, share best practice and accelerate the transformation of Kenyan institutions into globally competitive entrepreneurial institutions.
